[CAS-BHS] SOPHOMORE FAMILIES - CAS GRADUATION HELP NEEDED

Dear CAS Sophomore Parents,

          CAS graduation will be held at the Roda Theatre of the Berkeley Rep on Memorial Day, May 29. It is a CAS tradition that the clean-up committee is made up of sophomore parents. This year, I am the senior parent liaison for the sophomore parents.
          We need five to ten volunteers to sign up for clean-up, one of whom should serve as chair of the group. Refreshments precede the graduation ceremony. What you will do is arrive at about the time the ceremony starts, 1:00 PM, and work should be finished about an hour after it ends at4:30 PM.   Someone needs to be designated as the person to take all the leftover stuff from the event and get it back to Berkeley High during the week. Last year a van was needed because there was "a TON of stuff."  We are trying to lighten the load, but a van is probably still a good idea.
