[CAS-BHS] ALL CAS: Back to School Night reminder and a request

Dear CAS Families: 
I look forward to seeing you Thursday night at BHS for Back-to-School
Night. It is a great chance to meet your kids' teachers and to get a
feel for CAS and BHS. (See details from the PTSA website, below.) 
Also, a request: We are in need of six monitors to use with six Apple
G-4's. If you are thinking of upgrading your computer and would consider
donating your old monitor, we'd be happy to put it to use. 
Please contact me, Phil Halpern via email (philiphalpern at mac.com) or
just bring the donation to Back-to-School Night.

Back-to-School Night is Thursday, September 25, at 7:00 p.m.
Parents/guardians should report to their child's first period class.
Students should be bringing home a copy of their schedule earlier in the
week. If you do not receive a copy of your child's schedule, copies will
be available in the Lobby of the Community Theatre.
Parents will then follow their child's schedule with 10 minutes in each
class and 6-minute passing periods. Coffee and cookies will be available
in the Food Court throughout the evening, and administrators will also
be in the Food Court for conversation. BHS wearables, BHS Scrip, and
other organizations will be available for sales and information. Please
come over and enjoy the informative and lively
social atmosphere!

Please note that Back to School Night is an event for parents, and
students are encouraged not to attend. It is also not the time for
parent-teacher conferences--the time is too short. During the evening,
teachers will tell you the best way to get in touch with them about your
individual student.  There will be bi-lingual child care for young
children in room C333.
