[CAS-BHS] CAS Junior Parents - Graduation Help Needed

The CAS graduation committee is looking for parents to help with the food for the wonderful CAS graduation event coming up in May.  Customarily junior parents are responsible for the food for the event.  However, anyone is welcome to help.  

We will have  two planning meetings and then the week of the event there will be some shopping and assembling of supplies.  On the morning of the event we have a fun time putting together the meal for the graduating seniors and their families.  

Our first planning meeting will be held this Tuesday, February 16h, at 7:00.  We will meet at 1413 6th St. in Berkeley.  (Between Cedar and Gilman)  We will of course provide snacks.  If you can't come but want to help out in any way please give us a call or email us.  We will include you in any way that you would like.
