Willard: Last 7th and 8th Grade Dance - Friday, April 16

Hi Willard Parents!
 
We are gearing up for our final dance of the year, FRIDAY, APRIL 16 and,
once again, we will need volunteers.  We have consistently had about 100
kids attend the dances this year and we are hoping to maintain this number
for our final dance of the year. Consequently, we will be looking for 15 ­
20 parents who can help us make this community event possible for our kids.
  
 Needed ­ 
 
 April 14 -16  ­ Lunchtime ticket sales  - approx. 12:00 noon to 1:15pm [2
volunteers/day.  Note: earlier on Wednesday.]
  
 April 16 - Dance logistics ­ The dance is 6:30 ­ 9 pm;  we need volunteers
between 6:00 pm + 9:15 pm [15­20 volunteers]  Work is set up in two shifts.
Please consider helping out either in our set up [6:00 ­ 7:45pm], or
clean-up [7:45 ­ 9:30 pm], as you drop or pick up your children.

Know that it is our great teachers who volunteer to actually monitor the
dance itself. We just need you for the logistics of taking tickets, keeping
on top of drinks and snacks, and organizing/returning personal belongings at
the start and end of the dance.   While some kids may be sensitive to having
their parents around, please tell them you are there to just make it
possible ­ you are not there to watch their every move at this event!
 
We were scrambling to secure enough volunteers for our last dance in January
so, if you can make the commitment, this would be a great help.
