THREATS AGAINST ROBERT HEDGES
Threats which have been made against Robert are numerous and varied. The reader may assume that there is some logical reason for each or every threat. Maybe Robert provoked each of these. ? The reader doesn't know. Robert doesn't like being threatened. Threats activate the reptilian primitive brain which tells him to fight to survive. He is publishing now and will include actual identities in his screen-play later. This is the opportunity for those who threaten to debate publicly over why they believed they had a right to threaten Robert.
The following list is not to be construed as a complete list of threats. Some threats are invidious and others are unspoken or unseen. They follow a chronology of sorts and are exerped from the year by year files.
75/6/ = Ed Dailey threatened "land ain't no
count . . . if ya
can't make no money, yaught ta sell it" Never allow the same
person to control production who desires to exert pressure to
compel
you to sell to your disadvantage.
The earliest statement which led Robert to believe that he was
under
attack by in-laws occurred soon after the 1957 Corvette project
was
completed and Robert visited his brother-in-law's house on Six
Mile
Lane in Buechel. Ray Cook said :
76/10 / = "stole it didn't you, repainted it so you could keep
it"
(in an angry tone.)
This accusation showed a willingness to
attack Robert with slander and falsehood. It indicates a hatred
possibly based upon frustration unrelated to Robert . Robert was
being blamed for the
trouble in the Cook's lives.
76/10/ = Prof. Whiteside said "You cant stop us, . . . we got
photographs.". . . . [Philosophy of Religion, 1976. in class . .
. . . "what are you trying to do , get yourself killed". . . .
Robert responded with 'I do not seek death, neither do I fear
it.'
(I do fear not accomplishing my goals.)
Robert visited the Kotheimer's house at Hikes Point at
Christmas-time and his brother-in-law said :
76/12/22 = "know someone who got married at fifteen . . . he he
he he :-). . . . " This statement by Lee Kotheimer was directly
related to the breach of confidentiality believed to have been
carried out by River
Region Mental Health Department.
Robert saw a pattern of attack and
damage from his brother-in-laws. Robert's frustration because of
spending so many nights alone erupted. Two years later, again at
Christmas-time, Robert was attacked by his siblings.
>
77/3/ = Ed Dailey threatened "I'm goin' ta show you how
powerful I am . . . " Ed's daughter-in-law's father was the
Spencer County Sheriff, and later duly elected County Fiscal
Officer. The daughter-in-law's sister was elected County Attorney
in 1987.
Robert had discussed sensitive topics with a psychiatrist
employeed by the state of Kentucky, working at River Region.
Psychologist Robert G. Meyer committed violations of 18usca245
during the Intro. to Clinical Abnormal Psychology class at
UnivLou, when he commented about the discussion which had taken
place briefly at River Region. This
act by the Professor was really a stress-inducing educational
interference. Outside events in the learning environment of the
classroom created stress. Stress
stimulates a chemical which
operates on the pituitary contrary to the memory chemical. The
stress blocked Robert's ability to concentrate as his grades
indicate he had studied before that time. Robert called the state
office of River Region immediately after the first classroom
event,
and Meyer made a comment in class soon after that which Robert
can
link to the question asked by Robert anonymously when he called
River Region.
77/3-4/ / = During the Intro. to Clinical Psychology class the
Professor, Robert G. Meyer said " "Anybody that prints ought to
be in river region"
"Anybody that has ever been to river region had better come see
us"
"We can put you away, we have a Judge on our side"
This is a violation of 18usca245 in class.
78/6/ = Eleanor (Glen) Dailey
backed me out the front door of her
home with a 357 Magnum pistol jammed in my face, after an evening
frog-leg and turtle dinner which the Hedges farm was poached for
the fixings of...........too much alcohol.......The mood is
important here. Robert was not used to social gun-play.
78/8/ = Robert had gone to Edwin
Harmon about an event occurred in
June of 1978. A possible violation of KRS 506.030, solicitation
to commit a crime, is factually presented below. The facts seems
to fit the definition of solicitation for the purposes of a
homosexual contact. The violation of the sodomy statute, which
then made such a contact illegal, KRS 510.100, was a class A
misdemeanor, making solicitation for such an illegal contact a
Class B misdemeanor.
78/9/ = Mildred Dailey said "We've got to
get you cut . . . "
Mildred is Ed Dailey's wife, and thus is a partner to a business
competitor. This was one of the original attacks and was a
deliberate threat.
78/10/ = Again during harvest season of 1978, Ralph Edwards,
on
his farm across the river, in the same time period said " we cut
hogs here " . . . we ought to cut you . . "
This remark merely implies cruelty, rather than
interference,
and may be the result of Robert's aversion to the brutal
practice.
Any other explanation will have to originate in the more
knowledgeable
mind of the reader/viewer.
78/10/ = Ralph Edwards " a nephew has to come in for some "
Is Ralph Edwards meddling here for some ulterior motive, or just
stirring up something. ? Whose nephew does he mean. Is he
referring
to Charles Butch Johnson, nephew of JT Johnson, or to a nephew of
Robert Hedges ?
78/10/ = Mike Driscoll on various occasions and at varying
locations..." I'm joining the Catholics " [later] " you'll need a
tank to stay out here . . [later] I'm Charles ".[drummers stick
together?] "You can't hire Cootes, he's Ed Dailey's attorney " .
. .
. This is just as mysterious as the statements by Ralph
Edwards.
Meddling and contract failure by these partners have damaged
Robert.
It is also a threat?.
78/10/ = Michelle describes Transylvania Univ. (parties, sex,
rock
& roll) to Robert and says she wants to get married. Robert asked
whom she had in mind. She becomes angry and threatens, "you
might
lose your crop" She had said once that if you get a bad name in
the
country you can never get rid of it.
78/12/ = Ed Harmon said " I'm afraid if you do find out who
you're
up against you will wind up in a ditch " This implies danger
lurks
somewhere.
78/12/18 = Ella C Hedges Deitz " everyone keeps trying to sell us
bad
meat" . . . " we have to get you away from her. . . she is making
you
look too good . . . " This is clearly a manipulative method,
either
to drive Robert to someone or to vent her anger. This family
relationship could not survive these attacks. This happened at
dinner
at Ella's house.
78/12/19 or 20= Edwin Harmon said "You got probation" What is he
talking about.? for what, when. . . ? This really plays on the
mind.
Was he talking about the glue-sniffers maybe?
78/12/ = Leon Bentley said .. " what's this about
homosexuality .
. . " Robert responded with his belief that although someone had
told
him Mitchell didn't like girls, Robert wasn't concerned about it,
and
that he had paid no attention.
78/11/ = Petie Day said " the kid's grow their weed there"
[the
river end of Elvie Keelin's field which Petie bought at the end
of
1978, after Elvie bought a grain bin from D&E Grain Systems]. See
the chapter on the grain bin deal. Alan K.(Petie) Day, formally
a
local Waterford farmer, has since this time gone broke and begun
to
work for the Commonwealth of Kentucky in Frankfort. He was
over-levered,
and a drop in land values put him under.
78/11/ = Ralph Edwards " you took Ed's corn land . . .that's
what ya
done " This seems to be Ralph meddling again. In light of his
failure
in the matter of the grain bin, this statement mixed with his
actions
equals intentional failure to carry out a contract. It is
unfortunate,
that a case against D&E was prevented by the Hedges v Hedges case
of
1981. Robert could only stretch his legal dollars so far.
78/12/18 = Mike Driscoll said. . . "I held'um while they knocked
their
teeth out . . . I hope you still want them . . . " soon after
delivering
the transport auger from the Vine Grove area. Robert walked off
in a daze,
wondering what had happened. Earlier in the day, Robert's
windshield
was knocked out by geese from the Bentley's farm as he drove by,
and
he had the windshield replaced at Brill Glass in Louisville.
78/12/18 = Petie Day said " I'm sorry I have to take it from
you,
I'm sorry I have to take it from you....."
78/12/18 = John Hedges said " well, did that back window fit
your
truck" . Robert bought a truck window while at Brill Glass for
the
windshield. Something is wrong here.
78/12/21= Nancy said " you're ugly . . ugly . . tomorrow
everyone's
gonna know just how ugly you are " " we couldn't do anything
about
the eyes " " you scrooged around once too often." Ella CHD said
" well I guess this is the last time we'll be together " . This
series of harangues was the beginning of the end of these
relationships. There has never any explanation forthcoming from
either one for these statements. This occurred after the Scrooge
Play at Actors Theater, while Robert was driving Nancy and Ella
back to Hikes Point. Robert was drugged either before the play at
dinner or during the play when Mrs. Jewell Wetzelberger served
him a drink.
78/12/23 = Ella CHD at her house, after supper on Saturday night
said " did you go to the farm today . . . well I hope you did . .
. so you're feeling sick, huh . . . I thought you would . . .
well
don't worry . . . it's not arsenic . . . don't bother your uncle,
Andrea .(about three years old at the time) . . he's sick . . .
we think he's been sick for a long
time . . . we're gonna show everyone how sick he really is . . .
why
don't you go in and lay down on the couch . . . if you hurry you
can just make the hospital " This was the end of this
relationship,
and the basis for the belief that Ella had intended to harm
Robert
long before the Mental Inquest Warrant of 1982.
78/12/23 = Robert kept his Saturday appointment with the Dentist,
Dr. Brooks, at the Medical Arts bldg. after the Friday night
lock-in
at DPBChurch. The Brooks nurse said " do you have a card..?" you
know, a special card . . . you better call that number or you
might
not be here tomorrow..."." Don't get any hair in your teeth....
when we want hair in your teeth, we'll put it there." ..." did
you
bite there " [Lock-in, DPBChurch] " Would you bite there?
.......
..are you going to take any trips out of town...."
78/12/23 = Dr. Brooks said, "I could have given you a fat lip "
What is going on here at the dentist ? Robert is thoroughly
confused about who has meddled so many places around him with
inexplicable events.
78/12/23 = Next Robert went to JR Stylemaker for a haircut.....
....He then went to the farm, got the truck, and took a load of
furniture to farm on the truck. He hauled 2 beds. Robert said
" I think I'm finished {dying}] while returning from the farm in
his auto." John laughed and said "we thought you would be"
Robert had no energy, and returned home, took no bath, and went
to bed early. John Hedges accompanied him and said " I don't
like you..." John said " looks like you didn't get enough of
it . . . we're gonna give you some more . . . ".. also later in
the drive "we want money. " Robert was ill seven times, and
had chills . . .hot & cold . . . . . He was drugged and he was
under attack. Ed Dailey had come over to the Camaro as Robert
was about to slide out of the seat and drop over, and just
smiled and beamed. Ed said . "I'll get it all back now, I'll
get it all back now". Ed was obviously enjoying a triumph of
some sort. Robert knew that Ed was a part of this attack at the
moment their eyes met. Robert was drugged, and Ed had the air
of a man who had accomplished something.
78/12/24 = Robert awoke early Sunday morning feeling refreshed.
The drug he was slipped had caused him to be very tired the night
before, and caused him to sleep very soundly. Associate Pastor
Harold Phillips guided Robert up to the married dept. when he
arrived at Deer Park Baptist Church and said . . "we steered you
a little to keep you from getting steered a lot." Robert was
seated
in a room with several would-be deacons. Then Bill Merit, a young
deacon said " we put Carter in office and we're going to keep
him
there..." which is a good political thought for a Democrat, but
has
nothing to do with Robert. Then Mrs. [Dr. Glen] Hinson followed
by
Mrs. [Dr.] Birkhead..." you've been using weapons all around . .
.
you're pearl got scratched . . . we're taking care of your pearl
for
you . . . yeah . . we know . . you want a pearl here at church .
.
. they had to stay in the shell a little longer . . . " Robert
hasn't
a clue as to what this is all about, and he left more confused
than
when he arrived, although he believed he was enlightened. This is
probably the result of the drug he was given. He also experienced
a complete absence of a sexual drive. His recent reading
indicates
that Prozak can do similar odd things to a subject.
78/12/30 = Robert visited Billy Winburn and his wife Terry.
Winburn said "lose any good parts lately" . . ." well do you
have VD" . . . In the wake of being perplexed with all of the
above
events, here Robert was faced with more rumors. Terry is an
in-law
to Eleanor Dailey.
79/1/ = Ed Dailey said "it was us . . . we tried to turn you
bad . . . " This was the first conversation after Ed Dailey gave
away his being involved in the drugging situation by enjoying
Robert's pain so immensely.
79/1/2 = Jack Bennett venting unexplained anger, as Robert spoke
with him on the phone concerning business with Bennett's Store in
Taylorsville. " it's you that made the mistake . . . . " No
explanation ever has been forthcoming since this conclusory
statement was made.
79/1/ = Bill Schneidtmiller from S & S Service Center...."it was
us no accounts . . . we did a number on you . . . ". .
79/1/7 = Mrs. Birkhead on a later Sunday in the married Sunday
school class .". . . . You're is going to be a test tube baby .
. .
" A Jefferson County Police Officer, from Highview Baptist, who
had joined just a few months earlier was present during these
remarks, which were made before the crowd.
79/1/8 or 10 = Robert met (a scared) Ralph on the Salt River
bridge, and Ralph said "It was Ed Dailey, . . . he put it in
your water jug, he put it in your water jug, now we're all gonna
get killed, . . . I'm gonna go home and tell ". He ran off to
tell presumably Opal Husband Edwards.
79/ / = Wetzelberger said " it was us that didn't want you to
have any kids . . . " . This sounds like a threat. It's meaning
can certainly be mistaken for some other negative meaning.
79/2/ = Salt II Sat. in Feb. = Deer Park Baptist hosted a Salt
II
community hearing with Senator Wendell Ford as speaker. One
bystander said to Robert ....."you're the policeman with no gun .
.
. we took your gun away . . . " A Catholic visitor married to a
local churchmember said..." you just keep bringing them out . . .
. I have relatives in L------(small town) . . . ". Robert
could presume he did something or was believed to have done
something, but hasn't a clue what this man is talking about.
79/2/ = The Anchorage Patrolman who pulled Robert over one day,
and didn't ticket him . . . "she is gone now . . . you don't
need to worry about her any more" [her who?....worry about what
?...]
79/3/ = Robert visited Father Jack Morgan while he was
hospitalized
and Robert was required at the hospital as transportation for his
brother, John. Jack
Morgan said " . . . . " we decided you aren't going to have any
kids . . . . ."we let them slip away . . . "" we are for 'ours'".
. .
you did - bla bla bla . . .why are they badding you out?, . .
that's all we could find" [Robert replied -'what do you mean,
that's all you could find. . was that sitting on a street
corner waiting on you to come along and pick it up'?]
Robert does not yet know who 'they' were.
79/4/= Sunday afternoon in the DPBChurch parking lot, Tommy
Jackson,
the newly arrived youth, seated himself in Robert's car and said
"I'll do anything you like . . . you like me don't you . . . I
thought you liked me . . [censored temporarily] . the priest
didn't care . . . he was a crook . . .[censored] . . . .they'll
kill you for that . . . they're gonna kill you . . ['no I'm gonna
kill you'] . you know those two [girls] you want to see . . . I
got rid of them . . . they're gone . . . you're never gonna see
them again . . . " This situation let to a Police report by
Robert.
79/4/ = Robert was driving on Back Run Road, and he saw a field
of redbud trees which needed mowing. He stopped nearby at Tom
O'Hern's Shagbark to inquire about transplanting several trees.
The following situation with a bearded heavy-set man is
strange...
"You don't want to mess with me . . . I run everything . . .
I could have shot you where you stood but I see that you are
unarmed
. . . You just weren't gonna light out were you...This place here
used to belong to _______________.I lit them out personally . . .
I got what you're looking for inside . . [censored]
Robert never really understood what was happening here. This
individual
may have had a short-wave radio rig, and may have been involved
in something on his separate wavelength.
79/4/ = Dahlrymple said.... " you're a fag...it's confirmed...".
your sister said so "[later] . . we heard you grew marijuana .
.
Robert was distraught. When an official person like a Policeman
falsely calls you a fag it really hurts. Robert doesn't know if
it
hurts more or less when it's true. He responded with a statement
to Dahlrymple about his half-sister's lesbian baby-sitters, since
she had attacked him before Xmas. Robert invited the Police out
to the farm, and they arrived en mass with horses. The best way
to end a rumor is head-on-confrontation. No marijuana. !! No
crime.
79/ / = Eddie Dailey jr (young) said " we told everyone
you'se bad, I don'a know what we' gonn' do. ".
What is the definition of bad?. Eddie Dailey had just lost his
one year old dairy business. He had previously been separated
after 13 years in the Army, for failing to gain rank.
79/5/ = Houston Hedges said " you were supposed to run at the
first hint of trouble," Trouble caused by whom - run from what
to what-? What a way to get a turn-key business. Just threaten
the owner so he'll light out. !!
79/5/ = Harlan Brown said " they're talking about you . . .
they're talking about you . . . " It took me all my life to get
in
with the big . . . I'm not getting out on account of the likes
of you "
79/5/ = Catherine Hedges said, " you have been running around
blaming Ed Dailey for the fire in the corn field . . . you need
to
go see a psychiatrist."... This is where B lied to F that D
said___________________-
- to cause F to become angry and attack D. Some people fall for
this trick over and over and become irrational.
79/5/ = Dr. Gaba, father of Bill, Ed and Beth Gaba, all in the
youth group at DPBChurch = " you're brother-in-law is trying
to get you killed ." See Dr. Berner in the of John Hedges'
chapter where thefelony
assault charge was made.
79/8/ = Ben McAdams, the loan officer at the PCA = " it was rat
poison . . . that's what happens to rats . . . you're the fly in
the ointment, you know what happens to the fly in the ointment
don't you . . we call it a bung . . . "
.....
79/5/ = Robert originally approached the FBI because someone
had planted a persistent false rumor about his car-show-ready
1957 Corvette. The confrontation with a false rumor seems to be
the best approach. The violation of educational law which was
occurring was part of the complaint of 1980. Robert also had to
confront the various other rumors which seemed to destabilize his
credibility in front of this group.
79/ / = An F.B.I. male employee claimed "lack of jurisdiction,
it is just a small local matter " The FBI Agent who first spoke
with Robert was named Mike Koziol. He said he was being
harangued.
He soon transferred elsewhere. Robert never asked for any agent's
names again.
79/ / = An F.B.I. female employee tells me that "Oh, you're the
guy everybody is going to harangue you out of town". What does
harangue mean, and do you suppose this is legal?
79/ / = An F.B.I. male employee said "we're going to get you
for flight to avoid prosecution...."[ older agent in office ]
Couple this duress with the above duress and there quickly
appears a problem which can be defined as extortion - unlawful
duress to prevent or compel -.
79/ / = A woman civil servant in the Federal Building said
"you aren't tainted, only tarnished " . . ."your silver
platter is tarnished also ".
79/ / = An F.B.I. female employee said " we used a writ of
mandamus . . . . "
80/ / = Leon Bentley said "We can break any will. " This
seems like a threat, and in-fact seems like meddling by a
business competitor. The Bentley partnership bought Hedges
acres in 1991 at the 'BS' Auction.
80/1/ = Robert Hedges went to the FarMers Home Administration
for a disaster loan after the flood losses of 1979. The Salt
River
Flood Control Reservoir was completed in 1980, but in 1979 the
yearly flood came in August instead of December/January. Robert
lost many of his soybeans. The civil servant at the FMHA was a
newly-minted
agriculture major, from a local tenant family who had
insufficient
funds to farm. This fellow was allowed to control the Hedges
Farm,
though he had no investment of his own. He sarcastically said . .
" we have to make you a recluse . . . we can't let anyone know
that it happened to you . . . " and he denied Robert a low
interest
disaster loan, also saying "Ed Dailey said not to give you no
money."
Ed Dailey was also a local tenant farmer, who had previously told
me "I'll show you how powerful I am".
THIS IS HAPPENING ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI TODAY -
POLITICAL CREDIT WITHHOLDING
THE USE OF FEDERAL FARM FUNDS BY POLITICAL LENDERS AS FAVORS
80/2/ = an anonymous voice on the phone (possibly R. M. Cootes,
sometimes the local Spencer County Attorney) = " you weren't
going
down he drain...everybody had to shove you . . . ".
80/4/ = Leon Bentley said. . . " it was Cootes . . . we had to
catch you practicing . . . its a big talk, its a big talk, before
this is over we're gonna know everythin' you ever done. " . . .
"[ these men caused the premature demise of Robert's parents,
Houston G. Hedges and Catherine R. G. Hedges, and have purchased
property from the estate. The stress which the deceased old folks
were subjected to is a direct cause of the medical difficulties
which killed each. Robert tried to prevent or reduce their stress
at all times. Others did not have that goal in mind. Everyone
else
had something to gain by stirring up trouble.
80/4/ = Prof. Susan Matarese said = "It was us, we can't
undo it . . . the subject is sodomy & homosexuality . . . we're
going to do it to you . . . " [18usca245 violated here again]
This occurred in Am Political Thought class, and Robert replied
with ' well fire him . . get him out of here . . .you can't have
someone here lusting after what ever he lusting after' .
Prof. Matarese said later "It's us now, we're going to make you
a never-mount-to-nothing " Robert responded with 'You'll never
make
me a never amount to nothing no matter who ya' are.'
80/4/ = Prof. Dowell . . . " it was us . . . you had too much
self-respect [publicly in class] . . . [privately out of class]
it's your age . . . " This is an 18usca245 violation. This
Professor is in Political Science at UnivLou. This occurred in
front of the class of students. Robert spoke with her on the
phone later and she said " you can't prove collusion."
80/5/ = Catherine Hedges said, " Rev Sharp called Nancy, Nancy
called Ella, Ella called me " and you've been running around
threatening to kill someone from church . . . " you need to see
a psychiatrist . . "
80/7/ = Robert occasionally purchased scrap steel from Seamco
steel fabrication. The foreman there said . . . "first we were
doing it for the Wetzelbergers . . . then we were doing it for
the Kotheimers . . . then we were doing it for the gluesniffers .
. . we're not doing it anymore . . . you hear me . . . we're not
doing it any more . . . " What were they doing ?
81/2/ = Robert stopped at Petie Day's house one day and Petie
said
"Judge Glasscock is out at the next election . . he couldn't
even
get rid of you..." . CL Glasscock was Sheriff, and later was
elected
the Fiscal Judge. His school teacher step-daughter married Eddie
Dailey. Another step-daughter has been Commonwealth Attorney
(1985-1989). She is Eddie Dailey's sister-in-law.
81/2/ = Mrs. Jarrett, clerk at Kroger in Fern Creek...."your not
to have no money...." This is business interference by a
passerby.
Robert sought credit for his business.
81/4/ = Ed Dailey said " We're not friends . . . . . . you are
my enemy . . . ."
81/6/ = Former Sheriff Grubbs said " The Corp [of Engineers
building
the lake] moved in, I had five farms up here I ran . . . . we
couldn't
do anything about them . . . we sure do something about you . . .
. "
Grubbs jr. = "you sure got a lot of fag friends..."
Robert was exploring the lake area at the time, and got his truck
stuck on condemned lake area land and sought a tow.
81/6/ = Catherine Hedges said, " your attorney isn't going to
do
a thing for you . . . . he'll just take your money . . . " .
This
was during the farm business fight.
81/8/ = Catherine Hedges said, " You need to see a psychiatrist
at
the VA hospital . . . . it all started in the Army . . " . .
81/8/ = B.A.Y., a hired Attorney "We use people like them, now
we can use you" This was said while Robert was speaking on the
phone to BAY. Robert never trusted a lawyer again.
81/10/ = Sheriff Larry Lawson said - "I'm one of the tenants,
we're helping your brother . . . . " [during the arrest for the
phoney felony assault charge brought by John Hedges]
81/10/ = Soon after the altercation with John, Robert was at the
Taylorsville Courthouse and Robert Cootes said . . . "we don't
care
what somebody does to you..". .
81/10/ = Judge Bond, from Lawrenceburg, as a Spencer District
Court Judge. Robert phoned him about the felony assault charge
and
the reason behind it and equipment which needed to be returned to
him
and Bond said " I will have to remove myself from this case" . .
. . . "Cootes wanted to "persecute" you first" . . . John never
was
compelled to return Robert's property which he had taken and
which
caused the altercation.
81/11/ = Greg Abati said " we were doing it for Wetzelberger, it
was all of Germantown . . . R---- R--- was one of us . . . you
are
one of us now . . . Abati was a JeffCommCollege Student from
Jeffersontown, with a Jefferson County Police brother-in-law,
visiting the farm to buy a Remington Logmaster chain saw.
81/12/ = Spencer Circuit Clerk Phyllis Shafar said "We don't
want
you to own any land in Spencer County " I'm one of the tenants."
85/ / = Ed Dailey said " What good is power if you can't use it
against your enemies . . ". Ed was openly hostile to me and my
interests. Everyone who helped him in his fighting my
improvements
is likewise in the camp of my enemy.
85/ / = CF Wetzelberger said " well, I guess you know by now
that it's us . . . . you better stay away from all my friends . .
. " . Ed Dailey and Charles Wetzelberger are related, and have
some
sort of a family group. There was collusion among them against
Robert.
CF Wetzelberger had access to prescription drugs for

threat
was in the aftermath of a Rock Hudson joke on a construction job.

92/ / = Caller on Milton Metz Here 84AM radio talk show one
evening right after Robert's call. "We're gonna kill him."
I was arrested on the phony Class D Felony charge in 1981, and
was told by KY State Trooper Detective Claude Owens " anything
you say can be used against you" (The absence of 'in a court of
law' was very intentional.) Politicians must always take care
that what they say is not useful against them.
When a health professional (and I use the term 'professional'
loosely) can breach confidentiality, and send sensitive data
through a grapevine to individuals who "use anything you say
against you". It would be fatal to a family business to
discuss anything with the saboteur 'professional' which might be
used against the most influential member of the family business,
and blamed on the less influential member of the family
partnership. Thus any hints of abuse, which are frequent
allegations when linked as causation for behavior which would be
discussed by the careless and trusting victim of MIWs
would be a possible fatal result of the MIW unwittingly allowed
by the most influential member of the family business. The
individuals who try to cause trouble have schemes which cause
trouble regardless of efforts to stop them. People who plan to
destroy a family business have no constructive motive to
accomplish.
MIW can conceivably lead to very negative events, and thus this
threat is a very severe threat.
The threats to get Robert arrested for invented criminal
allegations
are scattered throughout the yearly lists.
